Do you file under my license?
Yes. The application goes in under your license and your business tax registration, and you sign it. We prepare everything up to the signature line and never sign a declaration on your behalf.
Do you draw plans too?
We draw site plans, patio cover plan sets, and remodel sheets. Ask when you send the job and we will include that in the quote. If you already have plans or a stamped engineering set, we work from those.
How fast is it?
SolarAPP+ jurisdictions can issue the same day. Over-the-counter varies by city. Anything through full plan check runs on the department's queue, which we do not control. We tell you the real timeline up front instead of a number that sounds good.
What do you need from me to start?
Job address, scope of work, your license and BTRC numbers, and the owner's contact for the signature. Plans if you have them. We come back with anything else that is missing.
